Meet Dr. Jerome Lisk
Healthyblackmen.org is proud to announce that Dr. Jerome Lisk, a board certified neurologist located in Pasadena, California officially joins our stellar team of contributors. Recently Dr. Lisk was listed on Pasadena Magazine’s Top Docs of 2011. He is the only fellowship trained movement disorder specialist in Pasadena and only one of two in the San Gabriel Valley. Dr. Lisk is Chairman of the Board and President Southern California Movement Disorder Society, a not-for-profit. He’s been on the board of directors of the American Heart Association African-American Task Force for the Western States, and Alzheimer’s Association Board Member Southwest Missouri Chapter. When it comes to movement disorders like Parkinson’s or Restless Leg Syndrome (RLS), Dr. Lisk and his team are well equipped to help. It’s what they do…well!

Dr. Lisk earned his medical degree at the Medical College of Virginia in Richmond, Virginia. He completed an internal medicine internship at the UCLA/Charles Drew Campus and his neurology residency and movement disorders fellowship at the University of Texas at Houston. Memberships include The American Academy of Neurology and The Movement Disorder Society.
