Google like Facebook, Microsoft, and many other internet companies are becoming smarter about how to predict what you need and like online. To that end, the new privacy policy at Google is getting alot of attention because it boils down several policies to one single policy across the company. So whether you use Gmail, Google+, or just the search engine, it will begin to target ads to your history, you’ll likely see more targeted content complimenting your e-mails. It’s Big Brother at work. Check out the new proposed policy here.

According to Google’s proposed policy, “When you share information with us, for example by creating a Google Account, we can make those services even better – to show you more relevant search results and ads, to help you connect with people or to make sharing with others quicker and easier. As you use our services, we want you to be clear how we’re using information and the ways in which you can protect your privacy.”
