Cut Carbs Like King James
There are many reasons for lowering the amount of carbohydrates you eat daily. Having diabetes is one reason, since it’s important to avoid sugar fluctuations. If you’re trying to lose weight, you would do well to keep your carb consumption in check.
The world got a glimpse of NBA superstar LeBron James‘ new slim physique as he decided to cut carbs dropped significant weight as this tweeted photo shows.
Eating too many carbohydrates adds to your waistline. When you eat too many carbohydrates, the calories your body does not need are converted to triglycerides and transported to your fat cells for storage. Carbohydrates also stimulate insulin, which works in the body to store fat.
Lower Carb Intake.
Eat meals without a beverage. A prime benefit is that you’ll experience better digestion, as liquids dilute gastric juices.
Strive to consume fresh natural foods and ingredients as much as possible.
Eat more fruit, vegetables, and whole grains for a wider range of nutrients which can benefit your health.
Drink less alcohol. Even very small amounts of alcohol can lead to changes in your plasma triglyceride levels, hampering efforts to reduce pounds, according to the American Heart Association.
Drink lots of water. Even mild dehydration is damaging. If your kidneys require help from the liver it can reduce the liver’s ability to burn fat. This can lead to fat deposits in the body around the belly.
And be sure to get more of the ‘good fats’ into your diet. Eating salmon or mackerel twice weekly or take a fish oil supplement. Fish oil is a top fat burner. Carbs can come in a lot of different foods, so be sure to read labels and make smart food choices to get the lean look you really want.
