If so, the supermarket chain, is recalling four of its seasonings after a positive test for salmonella was discovered. Kroger is recalling its store brand Ground Cinnamon, Garlic Powder, Coarse Ground Black Pepper and Bac’n Buds.

A sample of Kroger Garlic Powder, from a South Carolina store, tested positive for salmonella contamination in a Food and Drug Administration test.

There have been no reports of illnesses associated with the seasonings, but Kroger said in a statement that it is recalling them this week as a precaution.

Kroger has removed the products from its shelves and asks that customers who have bought the seasonings not eat them and return them to a store for a full refund or replacement. Customers with questions may call 1-800-576-4377.
