Editorial Policy for Healthyblackmen.org (HBM)

HBM is an independent media service designed to provide news, information, and resources to our audience. Current or potential sponsors do not have any editorial decision-making role. HBM Editorial board are requested to disclose any potential conflicts of interest (perceived or otheriwse).

Such disclosure must be made to the Executive Editor to determine whether the interest presents a conflict and, if so, what must be done to eliminate it. The HBM Editorial team (e.g. writers, photographers, etc.) is charged with the responsibility of providing objective, accurate, and balanced accounts of events and issues.

Any unintentional use of copyrighted or licensed material on this website should be brought to our immediate attention at Blackmenshealth@gmail.com for removal. As a non-profit program of the Health Institute for Men (EIN: 26-3801200) it’s not our intent or policy to use content without permission.

Corrections Policy

This is why we are committed to providing accurate, relevant, and interesting information and resources on a variety of health topics. We believe that your healthiest life is also your best life. Our team of medical experts, public health professionals, writers, and others are constantly working to deliver current and compelling health information to encourage healthier behaviors and decisions. HBM is not a substitute for professional healthcare.
